‘PEEL’ project by Sarah de Ruijter – textile dyed in Onions, creating beautifull colors !

This is a damask tablecloth, designed bij Sarah de Ruijter, is really cool! Good to know is that the fabric is naturally dyed with the peels of onions and fruits, which we eat at the same table, the fabric is also coated with a nano coating to preserve the color and it protects it from water! Nice circle of life isn’t it!? Beauty and brains may I say..for more details and information go to http://www.sarahderuijter.nl
